I am Michelle Briggs of Youngsville, Louisiana. I possess an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I joined MMUso I could assist others who face challenges in their lives. I have lived experience of growing up in a home with a mother who had a mental disorder. I am a member of Acts of Love Christian Fellowship C.O.G.I.C., and I am the facilitator for the "Why Try," program. "Why Try," teaches youth the power no when confronted with peer pressure.
