Michelle Murry is a dedicated, Recognized Peer Support Specialist. She has amazing ability, compassion, and desire to help others. Michell works as a Peer Support Specialist and is actively working with several community-based non-profits, including the Louisiana Peer Action Advocacy Coalition. Michelle often facilitates support groups to assist others and is active in advocacy, education, and awareness. She has

experience working with the Judicial System to help individuals find support and recovery and strengthen successful services provided by the system. Michelle brings deep commitment and compassion to those she works with. Over the last two years, Michelle has been a valuable participant in assisting LSU Evidence to Practice, training new Crisis Response Workers, helping prepare various providers and agencies to provide appropriate crisis response services.
